These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Existale website and services. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website or services.

1. Our Services

Existale offers a unique service where we create films based on the drawings provided by your children. We use stop-motion techniques to bring your children’s artwork to life.

2. Order and Delivery

Delivery Time: The delivery time for a commissioned film is typically 1 to 3 weeks.
Access to Films: Each film created will be made available to you via a private YouTube link (unless you have opted to make it public, for example by ticking “Yes, I authorize Existale to publish my movie on its public YouTube channel.”) which you can freely share with your loved ones. Additionally, a download link will be provided, which will remain available for 1 month. If you need a new download link after this period, please contact us, and we will generate one for you.

3. Quality of Final Product

Please be aware that the quality of the final film is directly dependent on the quality of the photos or scans of the drawings you provide. To ensure the best possible outcome, we strongly recommend that you take high-quality photos or, preferably, use scans of the drawings. Please avoid compressing the images as much as possible to maintain their original quality.

4. Creative Process

Graphic Universe: You acknowledge that you are familiar with Existale’s graphic universe and that we use stop-motion techniques, not traditional animation. To better understand our style, please visit our YouTube channel.
Selection of Elements: Unless otherwise requested, we reserve the right to choose the most suitable elements from the drawings for the creation of the film. Not all elements from all drawings will necessarily be included in the final film.

5. Content Restrictions

No violent or sexually explicit content will be processed. We reserve the right to refuse any work that is deemed inappropriate. In such cases, you will be refunded the amount you paid less a $5 cancelation fee.

6. Customer Satisfaction

You trust Existale to create a film of the highest artistic quality. Please understand that the creation of these films is an artistic process, and individual perceptions of art can vary. In case of dissatisfaction, no refund will be possible. However, we value your feedback and invite you to share your concerns with us via email. We will do our best to address them and ensure your satisfaction.

7. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Once the creative work has begun, the order is non-cancelable and non-refundable.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated Terms on our website. Your continued use of our website and services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
